Cancellation Policy

Cancellation made 7 days prior to arrival date will be fully refunded.
Cancellation made within 3-6 days prior to arrival date will be charged 50% of the total booking amount.
Cancellation made within 2 days prior to arrival date or no show will be charged 100% of the total booking amount.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after the cancellation has been processed.
Refunds for bookings made through third-party websites will be subject to the third-party website's refund policy.

Check-in and Check-out Policy

Check-in time is from 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM.
Check-out time is before 12:00 PM noon.
Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability.

Other Policies

The resort reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
The resort is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings during the stay.
The resort is a non-smoking property, smoking is prohibited in all public areas and guest rooms.
Pets are not allowed on the premises.
